A Serviced Office, executive suite, managed office or business centre are all terms used to describe a fully furnished, resourced and managed office facility available on flexible lease terms.

Locations: typically located in the central business district, at transport hubs and in business parks.

The Office: Sizes are available to suit both single workstations and larger offices, designed for multiple occupancy.

Reception Area: First Impressions count. A centrally manned reception will offer your clients a pleasant secure waiting area. Here you can also avail of telephone answering, mail handling, secretarial and administrative services.

Meeting and Conference Rooms: Generally a serviced office facility comes equipped with a conference room where you can conduct your business meetings, interviews etc. Audio and video conferencing facilities are often services available to clients.

Comfort and break out areas: Often areas within the facility are provided where you, your staff and clients can experience down time. These can take the form of a canteen, a newsroom, a guest lounge or restrooms etc.

Lease: Either for 6 or 12 months on a renewable licence agreement.

Office Equipment: Clients can avail of shared business equipment such as photocopiers, binding machines, fax machines and other resources, reducing set up costs and freeing up business capital.

Utilities: Your office provider will manage extra utility services such as telephone and broadband, for which you are invoiced periodically.

House Keeping: The serviced office provider takes care of office cleaning, maintenance and all other general housekeeping.

Networking: Some providers encourage networking events amongst their clients and arrange functions in-house to mark annual calendar events.
